BARRAGE _ Before the season, Nitro coach Greg Cyrus
explained that the Wildcats would average about 25 to 30 passes per
game.
And that's been the case. Although a passing quarterback is
normally a player of experience and maturity, Nitro freshman J.R.
House has handled the chore admirably.
He's passed 118 times and completed 55 for 729 yards and four
touchdowns. He's averaging 29.5 passes for the 2-2 Wildcats, who
visit Ripley on Friday.
